@VinnyDelP @Abe3689 Currently you're able to request an increase to your ATM or debit card transaction limit by sending a secure message via the mobile app or by contacting us at 800-233-2328. For security and fraud purposes, these requests are limited to our business hours as they require authorization by an employee. We understand that there are occasions when members may need their limit increased temporarily and we make these decisions on a case-by-case basis. Many non-BECU credit cards make this possible. I too find this problem extremely frustrating. Take a look, for example, at someone’s credit card account on BankOfAmerica.com. You can scroll back as far as you want. Another feature I like that BoA does is always show the “real” balance in the right hand column, even for pending charges. I also wish you would display pending charges and credits.
