I have had numerous issues with my accounts being locked without notice, and not finding out about it until I try to use my card and get declined. Since I always find out after hours I can never get the issue resolved. I currently start work before BECU opens, and don't get off work until after they close, and when attempting to call durring a break at work I end up on hold the entire time until I have to go back to work. At my job I cannot use my phone or make calls due to the sensitive info we handle it ensure info isn't leaked and if caught using a phone is a instant termination. Due to my work schedule, and inability to get connected to a rep on my breaks it has been impossible to unlock my account this last time. I have been searching everywhere online to try to find a way to contact and resolve the issue through email or text, but the only way I have found is through online banking. However for whatever reason when they lock my account they also lock my ability to use online banking with puts me stuck between a rock and a hard place. I need to be able to contact BECU to unlock my account so I can access my money, but I cannot call due to work, and I cannot log into my online banking to message due to it being locked, and I also can't go into a branch because I am working while they are open as well as I live nowhere near a because branch anymore. There has to be some way for me to be able to contact them to fix this issue. Can someone please help me and give me a idea of how to go about resolving my issue with my current circumstances.
