Contacted both ED and BECU, getting told a different story by both. Stuck in the middle as a ticked off customer. The latest from BECU is they've requested the IPs and been denied. Here is the latest from ED: "We've given at least a dozen customers the IP address(es) over the last month from our 3rd party. Here's the latest info I have from the Director of Support from our 3rd party team: "We have been able to work with BECU in the past to resolve issues, but it appears that our previous contact has left. We have implemented the changes recommended by your contact, but we still haven't seen any improvements in aggregation success. Do you have access to the BECU representative's contact information who responded in this case? We'd love to contact them directly to resolve this issue."" This situation is causing frustration and frankly both companies are losing credibility. My only options are to stop using ED, or close my BECU accounts. Maybe both! Please tell me this can be addressed? I love my bank, and I love my EveryDollar account!
