It's been over two years that I have tried to setup email notifications in BECU's bill pay service; however, the bill pay service provider's website keeps telling me my email address is not acceptable. BECU has been aware of this problem for over two years but the issue still exists. As a web designer and developer with over 25 years experience I'm willing to bet the problem is that the service provider is checking the number of characters in the top level domain with a limit of three whereas many top level domain now allow more then three. I use the "email" top level domain for my personal email. BECU accepts and uses my email address just fine and actually fills in my address on the bill payers website which means I have to delete it in order to setup a new payee. So my question/comment is why does BECU not bring pressure on their bill pay service provider to correct the issue.
