I just noticed that when I create a new message to send to BECU, I cannot attach a file. This is a bit annoying, as sometimes the easiest way to communicate information is by taking a screenshot and then saving it as a jpeg or possibly attaching a bank statement or an ID document, or anything. I would highly recommend you allow attaching files when sending a message to BECU. This will save customers and your customer support representatives time when communicating with each other.
