@bob1 Thanks for the suggestion. We're looking at adding more self-help content to the community and we'll definitely add this to the to-do list! In the meantime, I've included the steps for making Mobile Deposits on an iPhone that you can refer to. Keep in mind these steps can change as new versions of the app are released.

  1. From the Dashboard, tap Deposit.
  2. You’ll be taken to a summary page with the option to view recent mobile deposits or begin a new deposit. To deposit funds, click Deposit Check.
  3. Enter the dollar amount of the item and tap Next.
  4. The accounts available for deposit will be listed. Select the account where you want to deposit the funds.
  5. Place the check on a dark surface and maneuver the image within the white frame.
  6. Wait for the app to automatically take the picture. If you’ve disabled Auto Capture, you’ll need to click the camera icon to take the picture.
  7. Once the image is captured, you’ll be asked if the check image is readable, click Use to accept the photo.
  8. Next, flip the check over and repeat the steps six through eight to take a picture of the back.
  9. You have the option to either take the picture manually or allow the app to take the picture for you. This modification can be made by clicking on the On/Off button on the check capture screen. There also, you can choose to turn Flash on or off.
  10. A summary of the deposit displays. After reviewing for accuracy, simply Slide to Submit.
