Windows Phone 8 app is currently useless on latest-gen OS (Windows 10 Mobile)

When BECU finally launched their Windows Phone app on Windows Phone 8 OS, I was really excited because I could deposit checks from my phone and check my account balances on the go. When Windows 10 Mobile launched, the app was still available for download as a legacy application, but it is now very slow and crashes when attempting to perform mobile check deposit. I've submitted feedback through the feedback mechanism within the app, and have not seen any progress or even indication that a fix is coming for months. Please fix the Windows 10 Mobile app.

I learned that we'll be testing the new Windows release early next week and we're hopeful it contains a lot of fixes for the Windows 10 feedback shared from our members like you. Our vendor partner also shared that they are aware of the feedback and have been actively working to resolve issues.

@EpikYummeh- Just wanted to check in and let you know that while we released the app updates for Apple and Android today, we're still testing the Windows update so we can ensure it's delivering the desired experience.   • Setup and edit alerts
  • Adjustable Text Sizing
  • Updated Colors for Easier Viewing in Spending
  • Mobile Deposit Improvements
  • Budget Updates
