Use conventional navigation titles - e.g., "Log in" instead of "Online banking"

BECU isn't the only bank I use or have used, and I get caught up each time I go to the site and see "Online banking" when I'm looking for "Sign in" or "Log in". It seems like a small thing, but I've been a BECU customer for many years now and it still catches me up. Why not use the more standard language?

There was another area that confuses me also - "BECU Accounts and Loans". Just having the "BECU" in front of Accounts makes it harder to see through scanning. It seems unnecessary.  I think it used to be worse and not say "Accounts" in it, but I don't remember.  (See more: https://www.nngroup.com/articles/first-2-words-a-signal-for-scanning/https://www.uxmatters.com/mt/archives/2015/06/scannability-principle-and-practice.php)
