Updated Money Manager applet is a step backwards

I logged on to online banking today to do a normal review and classification of transactions with the Money Manager app and noticed it got a facelift. The first thing I noticed was that there are now double-stacked scroll bars on the transaction list, and most columns don't seem to be wide enough; certain elements are being bumped onto a new line. Additionally, selecting a category for transactions has become much more painful because, in order to select a sub-category, one must now click a very small (+) button. See image:

Here is an example of poor alignment. The icon and label should be inline, not on separate lines, and the "Split" text should not be overflowing the dropdown container. It's small details like this that can make or break an application, and this is currently very difficult to use.

@EpikYummeh- Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention, I'm reaching out to a technical expert as we speak. Could you please let us know which OS you are using, and also the steps to recreate the alignment issues in the 2nd and 3rd images? We were able to repro the first issue but not the alignment issues. Also, let us know your screen resolution. Feel free to send me a private message so we can dig in further. Cheers, KristinA

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.

Screen resolution: native 1920x1080 (1080p).

Browser: Vivaldi version 1.7.735.46 (renders using Webkit, same rendering engine as Chrome).

Reproduction steps were a normal login flow:

1) Log in from becu.org

2) Click "money manager" from horizontal navbar

3) Observe stated issues in the applet

@EpikYummeh- Thanks for the additional details! We're having our technical analysts escalate to our money manager partner as this is not the expected experience. I'll follow up with you as I learn more. Cheers, KristinA

@EpikYummeh- Updating the status of your post since it appears the issue has been resolved. Thanks and cheers, KristinA

Hi Kristin, while the alignment issue is fixed, the usability issue I mentioned with regards to the expander buttons for transaction categories remains unfixed. I can fix it myself by using a CSS injection browser plugin, but I imagine I'm not the only one bothered by these very small buttons.

Thanks @EpikYummeh- I've shared your specific feedback around the tiny expandos with the digital team. We haven't seen similar feedback come through other areas, but we'll keep our eyes open. Cheers, KristinA
