I absolutely second this idea - it's really hard right now to figure out online what BECU loan payment amounts are and when they're due, let alone setting up recurring payments (which is a basic feature of almost all other loan and credit card customer websites).
Agreed here. I have a line of credit outstanding and managing the balance is not intuitive. Thats particularly interesting expecially since I have a Finance Degree. Having the line of credit and the repayment line seems duplicative and is unclear where I track what information. The BECU app only brings in the loan line, and not the repayment. MINT.com brings in both and thinks I owe double what I do. This needs amjor overhaul.
I third it! I had sent a request from the website about this.. I had assumed that I was not looking in the right place. I'm an I.T. Admin for the worlds largest fast food chain, so I'd like to think I'm not a novice at this, thank you to the poster, maybe this time I/we will get a responce.
I would like to see this too. I'm a pretty basic user: log in, check balance, bill pay. Getting to Payments seems like a very common task and its a couple clicks deep. Although the (Payments view) wierd tabs that seem totally redundant to the Go buttons underneath confuse how many clicks are needed.
I'm not sure why bill pay opens in a separate window at all. But frustrating that the child window isn't sized correctly for the content. To see Reminders, Pending, Recent you have to resize window.
Glad to see Two Factor Authentication!
@Webpilot1- We agree! You'll be happy to know that we're currently underway on a mission to make loan payment information easier to find. Cheers, KristinA
Hi @Webpilot1. I wanted to give you a quick update on this idea. We agree that the website should be as intuitive as possible. We've been in communication with our Digital team and after review, we're continuing to move forward with loan payment enhancements. Stay tuned here for more details as they develop. JohnS
Hi All. Wanted to update the status on this thread and provide context to the upcoming improvements. Our Digit team is currently working to refine the payment experience in Online Banking. Specifically, we plan to add a "Due Date" field as well as a "Minimum Payment Due" field on the payments page within Online Banking. While this update will address improvement ideas you’ve shared with us, it’s the first step to completely resolve making loan payments with BECU in your Online Banking. Addressing the ability to make recurring payments in Online Banking (outside of using Bill Payment) is still on the roadmap for future enhancements. Stay tuned for changes to your payments experience soon! Thanks JohnS
