I think it would be really great if you offered an online chat for users that cannot always call in. I know I would utilize this feature often since I cannot typically make calls during your business hours.

I would love online chat on weekends especially to cover questions I cannot get answered during the phone hours. Chat logon requirement would ensure only your members would access chat. Opportunites for chat for me recently included:
Traveling to Canada without easy mobile phone access to see balances, transfer money to cover new purchases, see what the exchange rate yielded that day for charges. So using a friends computer to get to chat is a good alternative.
Traveling to India last year, needed to make sure certain bills had been paid according to bill pay schedule I set up before leaving home. Really slow connections using India technical infrastructure and vast time difference made banking a challenge. Chat would have been helpful.
When I fumble my logon on my phone enough times, I get locked out and would like to be able to chat to get it restored. Again usually at night or on weekends.
I'd use it for unexplained charges, to clarify loan information, basically just about anything I'd normally call in for during phone on hours.
This would be great, especially for really quick questions, or when it would be beneficial to be able to send text or show an image to the representative helping us.
