Customers who don't have internet access at home (for various reasons) need access to the Online Banking terminal at NFCs. This service is gone at the Issaquah location (the terminal isn't working, and will not be restored after the remodel).
Good morning @anitak, thanks for sharing your idea with the community! Our Digital and Retail partners have carefully evaluated this and the decision has been made to begin phasing out the Online Banking kiosks in our locations. We considered several factors and came to the conclusion that the cost of maintaining the kiosks is no longer a cost-effective service for our membership. Being able to track your finances is important and we offer a free Mobile App and/or direct access to Online Banking from your mobile browser.
