I have used shared banking to transfer funds between credit unions for years, and you stopping our access to it is maddening!! Help the members have full access to accounts and funds by getting Shared Banking back as an available option!!  Thank-You !!

Hi @philiprronco13. BECU still participates in the Shared Branch network, but not all credit unions do. Depending on the other credit unions you work with may determine the availability of the service. For an up-to-date list of participating credit unions, please check our website. Be sure to select "Partner Credit Unions" when searching for locations near you. Thanks! JohnS

@JohnS - BECU's shared branching is next to unusable at NFCs outside of Tukwila and Everett. NFCs don't have teller services, only member consultants, who cannot access the teller systems at other CUs. This is a gross failure and something BECU should be taking active efforts to remedy.

@harkening You're correct, our NFC's do not have tellers. BECU is part of shared branching that allows our members to access teller services at other participating credit unions. We also allow other credit union members to access their accounts through our ATMs to make deposits and withdrawals. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks! JohnS
