Good morning, @Kristina1987 . I'm sorry you haven't received your PIN for your debit card. Please give us a call at 800-233-2328 so that a rep can verify your information and make sure we have the correct address on file for you. I'm sure we'll be able to get this sorted out. Thanks! JohnS

You actually don't need to wait for your PIN to activate your debit card and/or customize your pin anymore! You can log onto your Online Banking, go into Account Services on the top right of the page, and click on "Manage Your Debit Card." You'll see the options to activate your debit card and customize your PIN from there. Woman Very Happy
