The music that plays when on-hold is quite an attention getter. Sometimes it is okay; other times it's not. I'd like to hear instrumental music by Chet Atkins when I'm on-hold.
You'll be glad to hear we are also currently redesigning the existing hold experience- we don't like it when you have to wait, but if you do, we want it t be much better than "okay". Thanks for the feedback!
