Notification if recipient does not claim money sent via Zelle
Would be super helpful if Zelle could notify you if the recipient of the money you sent via Zelle is not claimed. I realize not everyone is tech savvy so in lieu of that, if I had received a simple text nofication that she has not claimed the funds, I would have two days of my life back. Thanks!

Hi @kymdahl Sorry for the frustration using Zelle. Transfers to an email address or phone number need to be accepted by the recipient within 10 business days by validating their contact information with Zelle or the funds will go back to your account. At this time, notification would be sent alerting you. If you want to cancel a transaction prior to the 10 days, you're welcome to call us directly at 800-233-2328 or send a secure message via the mobile app and a rep can assist there as well. Thanks!
